I explore how artificial intelligence, voice interaction and automation can be combined to create practical digital tools. My focus is on systems that can understand requests, organize information, support customers and reduce repetitive manual tasks.
My work in this area focuses on experimenting with useful systems rather than creating AI only as a demonstration. I explore how software can receive information, understand a request and complete a structured action automatically.
I am developing my knowledge through small projects that connect voice input, text processing, structured data and automated workflows. These projects help me understand how an AI system can move beyond simply answering questions.
A useful automation system must correctly collect information, validate it, store it and return a clear response to the user. For this reason, I work not only on the AI interaction itself, but also on the logic, integrations and user experience around it.
My current projects are experimental and remain under development. They are designed as practical prototypes that can gradually evolve into more complete tools for professionals and small businesses.
Creating systems that receive natural requests through speech or text and guide the user through a clear process.
Connecting user requests with data storage, appointment management, notifications and other structured actions.
Each project explores a different part of the automation process from receiving a request and understanding its meaning to recording data and generating a useful response.
Receiving spoken requests, converting speech into text and returning spoken or written responses to the user.
Identifying the purpose of a request and deciding which information or action is required next.
Collecting names, dates, times and other booking details through a guided automated conversation.
Saving collected information in organized systems such as spreadsheets or databases for later management.
Connecting individual actions into a complete workflow that reduces repeated manual work.
Designing each prototype around a specific need instead of using the same workflow for every use case.
These small projects demonstrate how AI and automation can be applied to realistic situations. They are ongoing prototypes and will continue to gain new functionality as their development progresses.
AI Voice Receptionist is an experimental assistant designed to receive spoken requests in Greek and support basic reception tasks.
The goal is to create a system that can listen to a user, understand the information being provided and guide the conversation toward a useful action, such as recording an appointment or answering a common question.
“Hello. How can I help you schedule your appointment today?”
Smart Booking Assistant is a prototype for organizing appointment requests for professionals, medical practices and small businesses.
The system is designed to collect the required information, display or check possible appointment times and organize each request in a structured format.
The technology used depends on the requirements of each project. My current experiments combine Python based logic, speech tools, data integrations and web technologies.
Before adding AI to a project, I first identify the exact task that needs to become faster, clearer or more consistent. The automation is then built around that process.
Understanding the repetitive task, the user and the information that the system needs to collect.
Defining the conversation, decisions, required data and actions from beginning to end.
Creating the logic, integrations and interface needed to demonstrate the complete process.
Testing different requests, handling errors and improving the clarity and reliability of the system.
These prototypes are a foundation for more advanced systems that could connect multiple tools and offer a more complete experience for both businesses and customers.
My goal is to continue improving these projects while developing a stronger understanding of artificial intelligence, APIs, databases and real time communication.
My work in AI automation is an ongoing learning process. Through projects such as the AI Voice Receptionist and Smart Booking Assistant, I am developing my ability to combine programming, artificial intelligence and structured workflows into useful digital tools.
